Celebrity chef Hilda Baci , the previous holder of the Guinness World Record for marathon cooking, with 93 hours and 11 minutes in May 2023, has revealed her plan for her next Guinness World Record attempt.
This time, partnering with the popular tomato paste brand Gino, she intends to break the Guinness World Record for the Largest Pot of Nigerian Jollof Rice, inviting Nigerians to witness her attempt.
Since August 22, 2025, she has been slowly unveiling details about the attempt, which involves cooking Jollof rice, the“heartbeat of West Africa”, in a pot with an estimated size of 6 meters by 6 meters.
