I don’t think I’ll make heaven – Trump

President Donald Trump has again voiced his worry about missing out on eternal salvation, saying he is not positive about going to paradise.

Speaking aboard Air Force One on Sunday, the president told reporters that he does not think “there’s anything going to get me in heaven.”

I’m not sure I’m going to be able to make heaven, but I’ve made life a lot better for a lot of people,” he said. “I think I’m not heaven-bound.”

Trump, however, maintains he could have stopped Russian President Vladimir Putin from invading Ukraine “had the election of 2020 not been rigged.”

He claimed millions of people are dead ”because of a crooked election,” and declared the previous administration and his predecessor “incompetent.”

The American leader added that the Israel-Gaza Strip issue “was much harder to get settled” because of the Democrat-led government.

In August, Trump publicly admitted he was keen on brokering international peace deals during his second term so that he could make heaven.

During a phone interview with Fox & Friends, the president decried the deaths caused by the Russia-Ukraine conflict, noting that a permanent ceasefire would save lives.

Believing he can enter paradise on account of his mediation role, Trump said: “I want to try to get to heaven if possible…I’m hearing that I’m not doing well.”

According to a statement to Naija News on Thursday, Force Spokesperson David Hundeyin said the visit, which centred on issues surrounding the enforcement of the Motor Vehicles (Prohibition of Tinted Glass) Act, 1991, by the Force, provided an opportunity for robust deliberations on issues of mutual concern, particularly the need for synergy between the Police and the Bar in upholding the rule of law and promoting public confidence.

EPL: They’ll beat them – Paul Scholes predicts winner of Liverpool vs Man Utd

Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes has predicted the Premier League tie between the Red Devils and Liverpool.

However, Scholes believes Arne Slot’s side will beat Man United, insisting that the encounter is ‘predictable’.

Liverpool will welcome Ruben Amorim’s side at Anfield after the international break following their 2-1 defeat to Chelsea.

Speaking on The Overlap Fan Debate, Scholes said, “Amorim needs to try and get something from Liverpool at Anfield.

I can’t remember the last time Manchester United won a big game.

This group of [Manchester United] players are in such a bad rut that you have no confidence in them that they are going to get out of it.

It is almost predictable that they [Manchester United] will go to Anfield and get beat [by Liverpool].”
